When does the course start and finish?
You will have access immediately after purchase. Start the course when you are ready! It is designed to complete in 7 days to help you create lasting habits! If you have to skip a day (hopefully not), the next day will be waiting for you! You have lifetime access to the course so you can go back and do over as much as you like.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.

Do I need special equipment for the workout videos?
You will need a set or two of dumbells. Anywhere between 5 - 10 lbs will be good. A yoga mat suggested but not necessary. And of course the ability to stream the video!
How much time should I set aside to complete assignments?
Each day should only take 45 minutes, give or take! It doesn't take a whole lot of time to create tiny habits that lead to big changes!
Can beginners do the exercise videos?
Yes, the videos are designed for all levels. I give modifications to the exercises so everyone can do them. And of course, you can take a break in the workouts whenever you want, just hit pause!
